Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume event setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and beverage orders
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest consumption
- Restock bar supplies and assist with setup and teardown
- Work collaboratively with the event team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced or event setting preferred

Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable

Must be of legal drinking age in Nova Scotia (19+)

Valid Serve Right / Responsible Beverage Service certification (Nova Scotia requirement)

Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and liquor laws

Ability to confidently check ID and refuse service when necessary

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
