TradeSpace Operations & Logistics Intern
Location: Portland St. SE, Calgary Type: Internship (3 months, flexible schedule 20–30 hrs/week) Term: Fall
TradeSpace is looking for a proactive and hardworking Operations & Logistics Intern to support our growing operations.. If you enjoy being hands-on, solving problems, and seeing the direct results of your work — this internship will give you the kind of experience that classrooms can’t.
You’ll work closely with our logistics team to support fulfillment, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) projects, and daily operations across multiple clients.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and dispatching orders
- Support FF&E fulfillment and organization projects
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
- Help with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout adjustments
- Maintain inventory organization and reporting
- Contribute to overall building operations
What You’ll Learn
- End-to-end logistics and warehouse coordination
- Exposure to fulfillment management tools, courier systems, and inventory software
- How to manage workflow in a shared, multi-client warehouse environment
- Critical thinking and teamwork under real-world deadlines
Who You Are
- Currently studying Logistics, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn through hands-on experience
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Physically active role — must be comfortable with warehouse tasks
