- Manage social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach.
- Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
- Analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align social media campaigns with sales initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and keyword research tools to optimize content visibility.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyzing their performance metrics.
