We're one of Ontario's most reviewed residential window cleaning companies (900+ Google reviews in 3 years). We're selective about who joins this team — and if you make the cut, you'll earn well, grow fast, and work alongside guys who take their work seriously.
This is not a job for everyone.
We train you fully — but we expect you to show up prepared, coachable, and ready to work hard from day one. If you cut corners or don't follow through on your commitments before your first shift, you won't last here.
What the job looks like:
- Residential window cleaning across London neighbourhoods
- 9 AM start, full days (approx. 7–8 PM)
- Up to 6 days/week available
- All equipment provided — no ladders, ground-level work only
- Real advancement: top performers move into higher-paying lead roles fast
Pay:
- $150–$200+/day
- Bonuses and tips on top
- Minimum wage during paid training period
You MUST have:
- Your own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable — no vehicle, no offer)
- A valid Ontario driver's license
- A Canadian phone plan
- The ability to commit to full days, 4–6 days/week
- A physically active lifestyle — this is an outdoor, labour-intensive role
You should be:
- Someone who follows through
- Coachable and positive — attitude matters as much as ability
