Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that facilities are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks as needed.
- Clean vacant suites
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to requests or concerns from staff and visitors.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered during shifts.
- Must work weekends
Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience is preferred ; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
