Realty Photo Haus is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Care & Operations Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional experience for our real estate clients.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of photos, videos, floor plans, brochures, and other digital marketing assets while ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping resolve questions, provide support, coordinate bookings, and maintain a smooth client experience from project completion through delivery.
This position combines customer service, project coordination, quality control, and creative administration. The successful candidate will be comfortable learning and working within multiple software platforms, including client management systems, file management systems, floor plan software, design programs, and communication tools. Experience with software such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, Dropbox, Slack, CubiCasa, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar platforms is considered an asset, although training will be provided.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This is a part-time hybrid position with opportunities for increased hours and responsibility as the company continues to grow.
Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
