We are a growing physiotherapy clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. As we expand our services, we are looking for a motivated and professional Kinesiologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 active rehab sessions tailored to patient goals and conditions
- Develop individualized exercise programs for injury rehabilitation, chronic conditions, and functional improvement
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home programs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Assist in coordinating active rehab programs for ICBC, WorksafeBC, private clients, and extended health plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics (or equivalent)
- Registered or eligible for registration with BCAK (required)
- Experience in active rehab, exercise therapy, or clinical settings is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable using computer systems and clinical documentation software (experience with Jane App is an asset)
- Multilingual abilities in English, Hindi, and Punjabi are a strong asset and highly valued for serving our diverse patient community
