Overtime Taphouse is looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional guest service, and brings a positive attitude to every shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and dining area
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Follow all AGLC regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving and bartending experience preferred
- ProServe certification (required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
- A team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
