Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring compliance with brand systems and high-quality standards.
· Mentor, motivate, and support your styling team to help them reach their full potential.
· Provide exceptional Style Cuts and styling, leading by example on the floor.
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and enthusiastic team culture.
· Manage salon rosters, retail inventory, and client flow.
What You Bring:
· A valid Provincial Hairdressing License.
· At least 2 years of previous experience in a salon management position.
· Confidence in all aspects of haircutting and barbering techniques
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
· A reliable, punctual, and highly enthusiastic approach to leading a team.
· Valid Canadian work rights.
