Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Tire Installation Technician to join our fast-paced automotive team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of our customers' passenger and light truck vehicles. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a proven track record in tire service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Mount, balance, and install tires efficiently on passenger and light truck vehicles.
- Inspection & Repair: Inspect tires for wear or damage and perform safe, industry-standard repairs.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate tire changers, wheel balancers, and shop hand/power tools.
- Documentation: Complete work orders and inspection checklists accurately and on time.
- Shop Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Others: Other related duties as assigned / requested.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience installing, balancing, and repairing passenger and light truck tires.
- Specialized Skills: Experience with low-profile and Ultra-High-Performance (UHP) tires is a strong asset.
- Pace: Ability to maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Environment: Comfortable working in shop bays and outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Gear: Must possess a steel-toed pair of safety shoes/boots.
- License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
