We're looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team full-time. You'll be the face of our brand, helping homeowners find the right products and solutions for their projects, guiding their decisions, and making sure every interaction leaves a great impression. No experience necessary — we train you from the ground up and support your growth every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, answering questions and guiding them through home improvement product options
- Walk people through product features and benefits in a clear, approachable way — from materials to installation basics
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and point-of-sale processes
- Recommend additional products or services that genuinely fit a customer's project, supporting overall sales goals
- Keep displays organized, appealing, and well-stocked
- Manage customer accounts, process returns and exchanges, and resolve any issues that come up
- Communicate confidently and clearly with every customer you interact with
- Support your team in hitting shared goals through good time management and follow-through
Who Thrives in This Role
- Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a bonus
- No prior experience required — retail, customer service, sales, or home improvement background is a plus, not a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with basic math for transactions and simple inventory tracking
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Calm under pressure, professional in every interaction
- Strong sense of time management and prioritization
- Access to a personal vehicle is preferred
