We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in person.
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about features and benefits
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure displays are appealing and organized
- Manage customer accounts, process returns, exchanges, and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers on product usage and technical features
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with clients.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets through effective time management and organizational skills
Requirements
- English required; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling practices
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
