We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
- Assist guests with product demos, retail sales, and upselling of skincare and beauty products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following proper sanitation protocols.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, guest check-in/out, and answering client inquiries.
- Conduct retail sales with a focus on enhancing guest experience through product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments to promote ongoing wellness and beauty goals.
Qualifications
- Esthetician experience of at least 1 year
- Experience with body waxing, threading, makeup application, facials, or hair styling is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a spa or salon setting.
- Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to educate guests about products and services.
- Sales experience with a focus on retail upselling is a plus.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
