We are seeking to hire an Independent Contractor Registered Speech-Language Pathologist (R-SLP) to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, working alongside physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and psychologists in our cognitive rehabilitation program for various locations.
Hours: Part-Time Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language and cognitive-communication assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide communication, cognitive rehabilitation, and dysphagia interventions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registered and in good standing with ACSLPA.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
Experience in cognitive rehabilitation, concussion, stroke, or brain injury rehabilitation is an asset.
