Synergie is hiring a reliable Forklift Driver in Mississauga for a valued client. This role prioritizes forklift operation, with secondary responsibilities focused on order picking and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and able to consistently meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
A typical day:-
Operate Crown material handling equipment safely and efficiently

Perform inventory support tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment

Accurately pick orders using RF scanners in a high-volume warehouse
-
Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, and general warehouse duties as required
-
Load and unload product while ensuring proper handling and storage
Successful candidates will have:-
Valid certification and proven experience operating Crown MHE equipment, specifically Counter balance and reach for Crown

Strong experience using RF scanners for picking and inventory tracking

Previous experience in order picking and warehouse operations

Strong attendance record and reliability

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
-
Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to support various tasks

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
Total rewards:-
$21.00 hourly

Day shift schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
