Hartty Clothing is looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused team member to join our growing business. This role combines retail sales with social media content creation, making it perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying active on social media, and helping promote a local brand.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with finding products that suit their needs.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges through our point-of-sale system.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Put out and merchandise new stock.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
- Capture photos and videos of new products, store events, and promotions.
- Assist with planning and posting social media content.
- Engage with followers and help grow our online presence.
- Support embroidery and garment printing customers by answering basic questions and directing inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in social media, photography, and content creation.
- Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Available to work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
