JINYA Ramen is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation when needed and ensure bar area cleanliness
- Manage guest seating arrangements, reservations, and waitlists as a Host
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Handle guest inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in person
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
- Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior restaurant experience or hotel experience is advantageous but not necessary; training will be provided for the right candidates
