CONG CAPHE is a fast-growing Vietnamese coffee brand known for its unique culture, high-quality beverages, and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Position Overview:
As a Barista, you will assist with the preparation of high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items while promoting Vietnamese coffee culture. You will work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Vietnamese coffee culture and guide guests in making informed menu choices
- Prepare high-quality, fresh coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Restock and replenish products as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members in a positive, fast-paced environment
- Handle cash transactions and follow store safety and cash-handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support special projects and tasks as assigned

- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or Coffee Service Technician is an asset, but not required
- Training will be provided
