Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to assist in civil construction and excavation projects.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and compactors.
- Perform tasks including trenching, grading, and site preparation to project specifications.
- Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow site plans, and supervisor instructions to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with excavators and loaders.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Valid operator certifications and/or tickets for applicable machinery.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar and Hitachi machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.

Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour
