Part-Time Retail Sales Associate
The Old Mill is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our retail team!
This position is primarily for weekends, with the opportunity for additional weekday shifts as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and loves fashion, customer service, and small-town retail.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with finding clothing, footwear, and accessories
Provide exceptional customer service
Help maintain an organized and welcoming store environment
Process sales and assist with merchandising and displays
What We’re Looking For:
Availability to work weekends is required
Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Retail experience is an asset but not required
