5-year experience
Must have own tools
Packaging mechanic or machine shop experience a definite asset
Diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment and/or facility equipment.
Have the ability to follow department policies and procedures and work within industry guideline.
Experience with drill presses, grinders, saws, and other machine shop tools.
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
Provide solution to routine or unique equipment problems.
Promptly respond to equipment related issues with customer oriented manner.
Welding skills will be an asset.
This job will be every Sunday 8 to 10 hour dayshift for the first 7 weeks then become the occasional Sunday as fill in help.
