We offer flexible weekday scheduling to fit your lifestyle, but weekend availability is required as these are our busiest times.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions professionally, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Burrito Artistry: Handcraft burritos quickly and accurately according to customer requests with great presentation.
- Cashier & Orders: Efficiently manage cash/card transactions, answer the phone, and accurately take pick-up or delivery orders.
- Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintain clean food prep stations, guest dining areas, and strictly follow food safety protocols.
- Team Support: Assist with restocking, maintaining an organized workspace, and washing dishes to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts.
- Fast-Paced Champions: Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- Experience: Previous experience in food service, customer service, or cashiering is highly preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
