Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Architecture
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and scalable data models that support long-term business objectives.
Cloud Data Strategy
Design secure, high-performance cloud-based data platforms that support data integration, analytics, reporting, and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance across multiple enterprise projects, mentor senior engineers and architects, and promote engineering best practices.
Data Governance and Security
Ensure enterprise data solutions comply with organizational governance standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve data platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
10+ years of professional experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Platform development, including 4+ years leading enterprise-scale architecture initiatives or serving as a principal or lead technical architect.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience designing enterprise data platforms using modern cloud technologies, distributed databases, data lakes, ETL and ELT pipelines, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
Cloud Platforms
Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers, enterprise data warehouse technologies, and large-scale data integration solutions.
Leadership Skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor senior technical professionals, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset

Pay: $158,000.00-$179,236.00 per year
