Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Athletic Therapist (or candidate eligible to work in Manitoba) who is passionate about injury assessment, rehabilitation, and client‑centered care. You will work hand‑in‑hand with our physicians, ensuring seamless communication, coordinated treatment planning, and a strong referral pathway.
This role offers both full‑time and part‑time flexibility, with a consistent caseload supported by our medical team and growing patient base.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation programming
- Collaborate closely with family physicians and clinic staff to support integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold PHIA‑compliant standards
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and client‑focused clinic culture
- Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong customer service
- Participate in injury prevention education and community engagement when appropriate
Your Key Attributes
- Certified Athletic Therapist, eligible to work as an Athletic Therapist in Manitoba
- Passion for Athletic Therapy and its role within the sports medicine and rehabilitation spectrum
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and staff
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- Newly certified therapists are welcome and encouraged to apply
