We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all regular maintenance activities in the hotel. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to handle general repairs and preventative maintenance to keep our property running smoothly.. We need a hardworking individual with attention to detail and a high level of customer service. This position will also include all grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Use tools and materials to install, maintain, and repair building structure and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical systems, structures, and equipment.
- Lawn Mowing
- Garden weeding/care
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests
- Maintain hotel equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Perform job specific duties within building systems.
- Perform other job duties as required.
Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
