Landscape/Hardscape Foreman
We are looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with hands-on experience in hardscaping, excavation, and landscape construction who can confidently lead a crew and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a landscape/hardscape crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Install interlock, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
- Perform grading, excavation, site preparation, and drainage work.
- Safely operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and compactors.
- Read site plans and ensure projects are completed accurately.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive worksite.
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, and crew members.
- Ensure quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of landscape/hardscape experience (foreman experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of interlock installation, grading, excavation, and landscape construction.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
