We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Playground Installer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, building with your hands, traveling to different communities, and seeing the results of your work come to life, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Install commercial playground equipment and park amenities
- Perform site layout, preparation, and grading
- Assist with concrete work, anchoring systems, and equipment assembly
- Install safety surfacing including rubber, turf, and engineered wood fiber
- Read and follow site plans, specifications, and installation drawings
- Operate hand tools and light construction equipment
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional projects

What We're Looking For
- Framing, landscaping, or related experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel periodically for project installations
- Valid driver's license considered an asset
- Ability to read measurements, layouts, and basic construction plans
Bonus Skills
- Playground installation experience
- Skid steer or equipment operation experience
- Carpentry, concrete, or general construction experience
