What You’ll Do
- Assist experienced technicians with the installation of heat pumps in residential and commercial properties.
- Learn the ins and outs of HVAC systems, including tools, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Perform basic tasks such as preparing materials, measuring, and supporting senior technicians during installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing Sasquatch Heat Pumps with professionalism.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for hands-on work and interest in building a career in HVAC.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- No prior HVAC experience is required, but previous experience in construction or a trade is an asset.

Requirements:
- Second-term to journeyperson refrigeration mechanic
- Clean driving record
- Pass a criminal background check
