You’ll work side-by-side with our Chef/Kitchen Manager (a total legend who loves growing people) and get real responsibility from day one: running service, costing menus, training new cooks, creating daily features, and helping shape the future of this location.

- You’ve got 2+ years in busy full-service kitchens and can handle the rush without breaking a sweat
- You’ve led a station or run a brunch service and thought “I could run the whole damn thing”
- You’re obsessed with flavour and get stupidly excited about seasonal ingredients
- You’d rather teach the new kid how to sear properly than just fix it yourself
- You’re reliable, coachable, and have a fire in your belly to be great
- Food Safe, ProServe, First Aid, WHMIS (or willing to get them quick)
