We’re looking for a licensed 310T Truck & Trailer Mechanic Lead Hand to join our growing team in Nepean.
This is a hands-on, full-time role working in a clean, organized, heated shop with 4-post lifts where your expertise directly supports a well-maintained fleet of trucks, transport trailers, and RVs including A Class Motorhomes.

What You’ll Work On
You’ll maintain and repair a mixed fleet including:
- Light- and medium-duty trucks
- Flatbed and enclosed transport trailers
- Tow vehicles
- Specialized RV transport equipment
- Class A,B,C Motorhomes
No two days are the same—but you’ll always have the tools, support, and time needed to do the job right.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
- Complete accurate work orders, parts records, and service logs
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to reduce downtime
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Mentor junior techs or apprentices as needed
What You Bring
- Valid 310T license (or registered apprentice close to completion)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with truck, trailer, or fleet maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license (DZ is an asset, but not required)
