Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for various facilities and equipment using pressure washing techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools, facilities maintenance, and commercial cleaning, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, machinery, and other surfaces
- Use hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to perform thorough cleaning tasks
- Conduct facilities maintenance activities as needed to support property upkeep
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment or materials during cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding work progress and any issues encountered
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with other custodial or maintenance tasks as assigned to meet project deadlines
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment
- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning environments

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
