The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. - Application Maintenance: Create, update, format, and enhance data entry forms, reporting web forms, dashboards, and member selections.
- Integrations & Loads: Monitor automated data loads, fix mappings, and actively troubleshoot rejected records or mapping errors.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Triage user tickets, resolve Smart View connection or refresh problems, and fix data entry or validation errors.

- Advanced Scripting: Solid proficiency managing Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy rules (highly preferred).
- Data Integration Tools: Proven experience utilizing EPM Automate, Data Exchange, and the Oracle Integration Agent.
- Cube Architecture: Comprehensive understanding of BSO, ASO, and Hybrid BSO cube configurations, member formulas, and data map execution.
- Reporting & Front-End: Expert-level capability with Smart View templates, report POVs, and dashboard creation.
- Process Discipline: Absolute commitment to formal change control environments; the contractor operates under internal direction and will not independently alter production architecture without approved tickets.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and direct user support.
