About the Role
This is a part-time, flexible position with hours that vary based on client demand. Shifts are not guaranteed each week, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income or a flexible work schedule.
In addition to residential packing, you may occasionally assist with light residential cleaning and organizing projects.
What We're Looking For
- Professional residential packing experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is considered a strong asset.
- Positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, occasional evenings, and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation to various job sites throughout the GTA.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack, wrap, label, and protect clients' household belongings.
- Organize household contents to ensure efficient unpacking and storage.
- Handle fragile, valuable, and sentimental items with the highest level of care.
- Assist with light residential cleaning and organizing when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining CARGO CABBIE's white-glove standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at every job.
