Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Server to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing attentive service to guests in our tasting room, lounge, and during private events. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide table service for wine, beverages, and food
- Assist with bar service, glass polishing, and general clean-up
- Greet guests warmly and offer detailed knowledge of wines and menu items
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for wine and customer service
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
