We are currently growing our Culinary & Catering Production team and are looking for motivated kitchen professionals who enjoy working with fresh ingredients, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in precision, consistency, and execution.
This role is best suited for candidates with previous experience in professional kitchens, catering, banquet production, fresh foods, or high-volume culinary environments who are looking to continue growing within a respected Ottawa culinary operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing fresh menu items including proteins, soups, salads, sandwiches, vegetables, sauces, baked items, and seasonal features
- Supporting large-scale catering and culinary production for weddings, corporate events, retail operations, and off-site functions
- Assisting with banquet, catering, and event preparation, packaging, execution, and service support
- Executing recipes consistently while maintaining presentation, portioning, and quality standards
- Supporting kitchen organization, inventory rotation, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Collaborating closely with chefs, kitchen leads, bakers, and event teams across multiple departments
- Assisting with operational support and off-site catering preparation as business needs evolve

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional kitchen, catering, banquet, bakery, or food production experience preferred
- Culinary education or formal culinary training considered a strong asset
- Food Handler Certification required
- WHMIS certification considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Weekend and flexible availability preferred
- Availability to support both Wellington and Carling operations considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset for catering support roles
