Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Renovation Sales Specialist. Our client, located in Red Deer, is growing and looking for a long-term employee.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads and building relationships for repeat and referral business
- Selling residential renovations
- Scheduling appointments, visiting sites and conducting presentations
- Providing outstanding client service
- Working with other team members to ensure quality of projects
If you have a solid background in residential construction and former sales experience, this could be the ideal position for you! With a strong commission structure, there is no limit to earning potential for a motivated individual. Base salary - $50k - $80k based on experience. With additional commissions, the average annual income can range from $60k - $130k or more. Full benefits are also provided.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
- Proven success in sales and/or owning a business
- A background in residential construction including a full understanding of how homes are built
- The ability to determine renovation requirements including load baring walls, interpreting blueprints, etc.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer software
- The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
