Summary
We are seeking a Pet Care Advocate to join our team in. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring our furry friends and their owners receive top-quality care and support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing the lives of pets and their families.
Responsibilities
- Complete Intake assessments for pets upon arrival for boarding
- Monitoring pets at Furbaby Pet Care daily to ensure all pets in our care are eating meals, getting any medications needed as provided by parents, getting enough exercise, getting enough relaxation and making the call to parents if we determine they need anything else
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and visitors.
- Assist with pet care activities including feeding, walking, and monitoring pets.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Handle heavy lifting for equipment or supplies as needed.
- Educate pet owners about our services and best practices.
- Ensure the well-being of pets during their stay or visit.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience for pets and owners.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and pet care preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Passion for animals and dedication to their well-being.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a pet care setting is a plus.

Pay: $15.70-$16.50 per hour
