Production Associate Responsibilities
- Manufacture and package materials to customer specifications
- Perform continuous visual quality inspections
- Assist teammates with two-person tasks
- Complete paperwork and computer entries accurately and on time
- Use scanners for inventory control and shipments
- Work rotating day, afternoon, and midnight shifts
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs and multitask effectively
Production Associate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations Management
- 2–5 years of production/manufacturing experience; flexible packaging experience preferred
- Proficient in using Windows-based computer systems
- Forklift, clamp truck, and Raymond Reach certifications are considered an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and midnight shifts)
- Must possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must have personal PPE equipment, including steel-toe safety boots
- Must be able to provide 2–3 professional references upon request
- Must be available to start as soon as possible, including the next business day if required
Employment Details
- Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, starting Sunday at 10:00 PM), Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, starting Monday at 6:00 AM), and Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, starting Monday at 2:00 PM).

- Employment Type: Temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
