Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, highlighting features, specifications, safety systems, and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Explain financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, and extended service plan options.
- Prepare quotations, purchase agreements, and all necessary sales documentation.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring profitability.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and messages to generate repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on vehicle models, market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Assist customers with vehicle registration, delivery, and post-sale support.
