Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and handling client inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand client needs.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
