We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our clients team in Edmonton, AB, on the afternoon shift. Our client is a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, providing advanced technologies and engineering services to address complex piping challenges for engineers, site owners, and contractors around the world.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in keeping materials, inventory, and customer orders moving efficiently throughout the operation. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Pay: $22.00/hour + applicable afternoon shift premium
What You'll Do
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks and other material-handling equipment.
- Transfer materials efficiently between departments while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities, including completing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and related documentation.
- Complete inventory transfers, transactions, and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with team members to communicate material and inventory requirements.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives.
- Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with warehouse projects and other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
- Experience operating a reach truck is an asset.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Assets That Set You Apart
- Experience operating counterbalance, stand-up, Bendi, or similar lift trucks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and systems through company-provided training.
