Set up and operate manufacturing machines and production equipment.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic drawings.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major equipment problems to maintenance.
Complete production records, quality documentation, and downtime reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety procedures.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health & safety regulations.
Assist with machine changeovers and preventive maintenance activities when required.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is an asset.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work day, afternoon, or night shifts, including overtime when required.
