We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creative and operational responsibilities, and can ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing workflows, maintaining marketing assets and inventory, coordinating campaigns, and supporting trade shows and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Workflow
- Intake and manage marketing requests, gathering necessary information from stakeholders and archived materials.
- Enforce marketing review and approval workflows.
- Track projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and properly documented.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials with vendors, including quotes, timelines, and quality control.
- Support trade show and event logistics, including preparation, shipping, material management, and post-event organization.
- Maintain marketing inventory (physical and digital) and ensure assets are organized, current, and accessible.
- Coordinate reprints and replenishment of materials as needed.
- Keep internal marketing displays and content updated.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our Graphic Designer to translate business objectives into effective visual content.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
- Familiarity in editing website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar) is an asset.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics is an asset.
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Experience managing digital asset libraries and shared drives.
- Experience with inventory management software is an asset.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating vendors, print materials, or event logistics is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Must be a strong team player who is able to effectively collaborate with all departments within our organization.

- Marketing materials and social media remain consistent, on-brand, and timely.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
