We are seeking an experienced painter to assist with an exterior painting project on a low-rise residential apartment building located in Kitsilano, near West Broadway and Macdonald Street.
Project Details:
Scope of work: Painting exterior metal trim and related surfaces
Start date: Second week of July
Duration: Approximately 2–3 weeks
Location: Kitsilano, Vancouver
Compensation
$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Hours may be invoiced and payment will be made via e-transfer
Requirements
Previous experience with exterior painting projects
Experience working on residential or multi-family buildings preferred
Ability to work safely at heights and follow site safety requirements
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
