We are hiring commercial flat roofers at all experience levels, from entry-level labourers to experienced journeymen and foremen.
Commercial roofing is more than just a job—it’s critical to the protection and longevity of every building we work on. Offices, warehouses, schools, hospitals—none of it functions properly without a solid roof over it.

Positions Available
- Labourers (no experience required – will train)
- Experienced Roofers
- Journeyman Roofers
- Foremen / Crew Leads
Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems (primarily SBS and built-up roofing)
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Journeymen:
- Oversee crew when Foreman is not on site
- Train crew members under you, build the workers of tomorrow
- ensure all direction given by the Foreman is being followed
Foremen:
- Lead and supervise crews
- Coordinate workflow and job progress
- Maintain quality, safety, and timelines
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of heavy labour
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable and punctual
- Fall protection (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license (asset, not required)
Wages
- Labourers: $22.00 – $24.00/hour
- Experienced Roofers: $24.00 – $35.73/hour
- Journeymen: $35.73 – $40/hour
- Foremen: $50.00/hour

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and occasional weekends as required
