Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Director, Product – Endpoint Detection & Response to be part of making this happen.
The Director of Product Management will be a pivotal member of Arctic Wolf’s Product team, focusing on Endpoint Detection and Response . This role will support the strategic goals of Arctic Wolf by enabling product management processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational success. This role works closely with the R&D team to ensure product delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
This position is ideal for someone with broad exposure in the Cybersecurity market, who has deep technical ability and strong relationships within the industry. This role would suit someone with a solid background in Endpoint Security .
This role will play a critical role in delivering an EDR product to market.
LOCATION: This role is open to Remote-Canada & Hybrid-Waterloo-ON-CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in a technical or product role
Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products is highly preferred.
Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships across time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks is a plus.

The base salary range for this job family is 164,000 to 287,000 CAD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
