Vital Property Services – Edmonton & Surrounding Area
Vital Property Services is seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined team member to join our growing property maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round position that includes landscaping in the summer, snow removal in the winter, and various property maintenance and custodial services throughout the year.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate landscaping equipment including ride-on lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small equipment
- Assist with snow removal operations during the winter months
- Operate or learn to operate Bobcat / skid steer equipment
- Drive a truck with a 20-ft trailer to job sites
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on landscaping equipment
- Assist with janitorial services, post-construction clean-up, and site maintenance when required
- Support teams with property clean-ups and facility maintenance tasks
- Work as part of a team to maintain commercial properties
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, construction clean-up, or snow removal
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Comfortable driving trucks and pulling trailers (training available if needed)
- Ability to operate or learn Bobcat/skid steer equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

Pay: $24.00 per hour
