Job Summary:
Grandview Pickleball Club Customer Service Associates are key members of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all aspects of Grandview Pickleball Club operate smoothly.
The role involves overseeing the facility, maintaining a clean environment, and acting as an ambassador for the facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pickleball, customer service, possess strong social media skills, and be comfortable leading others while maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all members, guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at Grandview Pickleball Club.
- Front Desk Support: Act as the front desk attendant when needed, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with reservations through Court Reserve and general questions.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and engage with Grandview Pickleball Club social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok) to promote events, updates, and community engagement.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform various duties related to the upkeep of the facility, such as stocking washrooms, managing supplies, and ensuring general cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Leadership & Communication: Report and liaise with your direct Supervisor, General Manager, HR, & Leadership regarding any operational updates, concerns, or improvements.
- Ambassador Role: Represent Grandview Pickleball Club with professionalism, ensuring the facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sports or retail.
- Social Media: Computer literate and proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok; experience in content creation and management.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with management and staff.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborative and able to wok smoothly with other staff.
- Facility Maintenance: Experience in maintaining cleanliness and basic facility upkeep.
- First Aid Certification: Certification in First Aid to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Smart Serve: Certified to serve alcohol at our in-house bar.
Shift Availability: Evenings and weekends required
Pay Rate: $17.60/hr
Pay: $17.60 per hour
