Wellington Foundry – Parksville, BC
Wellington Foundry is a proud Canadian manufacturer of premium outdoor site furnishings, supplying communities across North America with durable, high‑quality products. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented General Labourer to join our production team in Parksville.
This role plays an important part in supporting our wood‑shop operations and general manufacturing workflow. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety‑minded, and able to keep pace in a fast‑moving production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform woodworking tasks including cutting, sanding, assembly, and finishing
- Assist with powder coating preparation and production
- Carry out general manual labour duties throughout the facility
- Load, unload, and move products, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Support trailer loading and material handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all WorkSafeBC and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented with pride in workmanship
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Carpentry or woodworking experience is an asset
- Previous manufacturing or labour experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation to our Parksville facility (required)

Monday – Thursday: 06:30–15:30
Friday: 06:30–12:30
Pay: $25.00 per hour
