About the Role
MedPros Healthcare Management and MedPros Construction Services are looking for an AI & Business Automation Specialist to help automate and streamline our operations.
You'll work directly with the owner to identify manual processes, improve workflows, and implement practical automation solutions across sales, marketing, operations, construction, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve business automations
- Optimize HubSpot CRM and workflows
- Develop AI-powered processes and assistants
- Automate sales, marketing, and lead management
- Integrate software using APIs and automation platforms
- Improve internal processes and reporting
- Identify new opportunities to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Qualifications
Experience with some or all of the following:
- AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- HubSpot
- n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
- API integrations
- CRM and workflow automation
- Business process improvement
Healthcare or construction experience is an asset but not required.

Contract Details
- 4-month contract
- In-office (Vaughan) or fully remote
