What This Role Is
You'll be on the road, face-to-face with small business owners, helping them find the right POS solution for their needs. This is a consultative B2B sales role — no scripts, no shortcuts. You'll prospect, build relationships, and manage your own book of business.
This is a 100% commission role. Top performers earn $80,000–$250,000/year. Your income is directly tied to your effort and results.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop a local portfolio of small business merchants
- Conduct in-person meetings and present tailored hardware/software solutions
- Build referral networks, attend networking events, and follow up consistently
- Manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Attend weekly online team meetings and training sessions
- Represent the CPOS brand professionally in your market

This role rewards consistency and hustle. There is no base salary — you earn what you close. The training program and residual model are designed to help you build long-term income, but it takes real effort to get there. If you're willing to put in the work, the earning potential is genuine.
